Damien Hirst

I really like the blue used in this image, the lighter blues and the lemon really make this image vibrant.

This rather gruesome image is exactly that.

The decapitation of a unicorn, destroying young ones dreams.

This sculpture of a gorilla whose arm fell of is cool as the shape is not specific but generalised.

These images of broken glass and blood splattered birds really grab me with their efficiency.

Viewing the insides of common farm animals really shows how little we know of the creatures around us.

This mutated 5-legged calf is really interesting and gives ideas to branching out from standard amounts of limbs.

My favourite colours again pretty much. Gives a pretty brutal look at the reproductive cycle and fragility of the human flesh.

A crossless crucifixion of a cow? Barely recognisable in this pose.

Bound and stuffed with arrows. Gives me ideas of spikes/spines and working ties into a form.

This human-esque skark face looks amazing with it's leathering and withered look.

The ideas I have are:
- Spikes/spines and possible bindings
- A leathery texture
- A gore texture (juicy)
- A glass pane transition
